NPM01 suggests that you do not have a Payment Method registered to your account currently.
You receive this error code when you attempt to make a withdrawal, where:

There is no payment method registered to your account yet.

The payment method you used to deposit is no longer accepted by bet365.
In these instances, you can withdraw funds using Bank Wire. To add your Bank Wire details:

To make a Withdrawal, select
from the top right of your screen and choose “Bank”, then “Withdraw”.

Select your bank country from the list and enter the required bank details.

Enter the required bank details. The below information with assist you with what to enter in some of the fields: Your account number will be between 5-10 digits long. Do not enter your Transit Code in this field. SWIFT/BIC Code: will be either 8 or 11 characters long. Bank Transit Code (Routing Number): made up of a 5 digit Branch Number and a 3 digit Institution Number.

Enter your Withdrawal amount.

Select “Withdraw”.
