iGO (iGaming Ontario) is an authoritative, totally independent third party offering assistance for customers who have a dispute with an operator. iGO will not charge customers for use of the service.
Prior to considering the complaint, iGO requires that the customer has fully exhausted the operator’s internal complaints process. You can view our Complaints Procedure here.
How does iGO work?
Disputes are submitted to iGO via the iGO website.
