How to Withdraw

To make a Withdrawal, select
from the top right of your screen and choose “Bank”, then “Withdraw”.

Enter your Withdrawal amount and then select "Withdraw".

If you have registered for INTERACⓇ e-Transfer Autodeposit, your funds will automatically be sent to your bank account once we have processed your request.

Alternatively, once we have processed your withdrawal, you will receive an email containing your assigned security answer and instructions on how to accept the withdrawal through your online banking.
Emails will be sent to the Interac email address you have used to deposit. -
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your withdrawal and receive the payment. Once completed the funds will be credited to your bank account.

Where possible, all withdrawals will be processed back to the same card used to deposit. Where we are unable to withdraw back to your Debit Card, funds will be returned to you via bank transfer.
