Strong Authentication is an additional security measure that requires you to enter a unique six-digit authentication code sent to you via SMS. When enabled, Strong Authentication will be automatically sent, and you will be presented with the “Please enter your code” notification every time you log in.
If you enter an incorrect code, an error message will display requesting that you re-enter the six-digit code. Your account will be locked after three failed attempts and you will have to Contact Us to unlock your account.
You can enable and disable Strong Authentication in your account settings. To enable, select then My Account. Next, select Strong Authentication and then click Send Code. From the Strong Authentication section you can also enable the code to be sent via email if SMS issues occur.
Occasionally, there may be a delay in receiving your Strong Authentication code via SMS. If you have not received the code after 5 minutes, please check your registered email address, including your spam or junk folders.
You will receive a pop-up informing you that the code has been sent to your email.
